- Rewrote the reporting engine Node.js → Golang, cutting export time ~75% (10 min → 2.5 min), eliminating OOM on 5M-row reports, and dropping support tickets from ~1/day to ~1 every two months.
- Owned the full notification & escalation subsystem — Teams (OAuth2 + Graph API adaptive cards), Slack, Jira/ServiceNow bidirectional sync — for a 45% MTTA reduction.
- Architected the agent + ZeroMQ observability pipeline (collection → aggregation → real-time dashboards) with Vert.x reactive services, SLO/error-budget burn-rate alerting; 35% faster alert response.
- Extended the Golang plugin engine & SDK (Cisco/Aruba/PostgreSQL/AWS + Linux KPI plugins); shipped SAML 2.0 SSO (Okta/Azure AD/OneLogin) and a 1,000 EPS log pipeline.
Tridhya Tech
- Re-engineered a government batch encryption pipeline (Spring Batch partitioned steps + external merge sort, AES-256 via AWS Secrets Manager): 8h → <50 min (90%) on 400M–2B-record files, OOM eliminated.
- Cut MySQL p95 latency 60% and query load 40% — N+1 rewrites, composite indexes, and Hibernate second-level cache tuning on a Liferay DXP claims portal.
- Led an XML → JSON middleware modernization (-30% API response time) and built an AES-256 PII-encryption REST API (Spring Security + JWT) serving 3 enterprise clients.
- Diagnosed and fixed an Elasticsearch reindex OOM with backpressure + rate-limiting.

- Implemented business logic across 6 microservices (auth, claims creation/approval/status) behind Spring Cloud Gateway, containerized with Docker.
- Self-taught and shipped OAuth 2.0 integrations — Authorization Code flow for scoped S3 document access and a GCP service account for Firebase push notifications on claim updates.
- Built the Kafka producer for claim-status events and PayPal webhook handling for payouts; enforced a 75% coverage JUnit merge gate.

Golang Reporting Engine Rewrite
Replaced a single-threaded Node.js/headless-Chrome reporter that OOM'd on 5M-row reports with a concurrent Go engine — Java master serializes the request, spawns the Go exe, which queries the store and renders charts via chromedp + Highcharts to PDF/HTML/CSV.
2B-Record Batch Encryption Pipeline
Rebuilt an 8-hour, OOM-prone Spring Batch job into a partitioned, config-driven pipeline: 1M-record chunking with sequence-preserving external merge sort, CPU-scaled thread pools, and per-field AES-256 keyed from AWS Secrets Manager.
Notification & Escalation Subsystem
End-to-end alert dispatch on policy breach: Microsoft Teams via OAuth2 + Graph API adaptive cards, plus Slack, email, SMS, and bidirectional Jira/ServiceNow ticket sync with inbound callbacks and time-window re-notification.
Agent & ZeroMQ Telemetry Pipeline
A three-tier observability path — lightweight agents collect KPIs, stream over ZeroMQ to a master aggregation layer built on Vert.x reactive services, and surface p50/p95/p99 with SLO error-budget burn-rate alerting on real-time dashboards.
27-Level Land-Lease Workflow
